The second video is only 30 minutes long as we spent most of the time in break out sessions.

For reflection/riffs on the break out sessions:

What is inner authority? how do you develop that, what does it feel and look like? (both Theo and I talk of discovering a greater sense of inner authority years into a practice. But we also recognize that there were recognitions of ‘red flags’ or ‘this isn’t right for me’ in certain yoga spaces from the beginning. We all know, we just don’t know we know.)

Where do you turn for expertise, including how do your other areas of interest or study show up in yoga? For example, both my social justice work (pre yoga) and my recovery play big roles in my teaching, my networking, and my sources of actual information for things like resistance work and mental health. Many bring creative training, dance, or educational skills to teaching.

And finally, how do you network? What is accountability for you? What is support? Who do you practice with and who do you practice for (these may overlap but be different communities).
