I have a mentee who is currently working with the 12 different surya namaskara mantras, here is one of the sadhana/personal practices I’ve designed for her: https://vimeo.com/464784788. She also worked with the concept of relationship, the bhrama viharas (heavenly abodes or orientations to people without losing our seat), and boundaries during this month. And here is a sun salute I gave to Kyle: https://vimeo.com/466296656. Just different examples of using the concepts as a teaching question. There is a difference between sadhana - a personalized practice returned to over a long period of time - and drop in classes/sequencing. In a sense, ALL group classes are beginner level. They are introductions to the path. Your job is to give a little something to light people’s curiosity, not provide enlightenment. When yoga becomes personal, when people realize yoga is more than group practice, then we’re getting advanced…which is what all of you alluded to in your ‘bigger questions’ yesterday.
