Suggested reading in the manual: pages 191-205

Suggested homework/practice: 1) take a sequence and make it accessible. Have a ‘back pocket’ accessible practice.

2) take any pose and break it into pieces. What is the main point? What is each joint or limb doing? Can you teach that joint movement? Or can you adapt the pose by leaving various ‘parts’ out? I often teach whole sequences based on one movement skill or one pose’s components.
